Who we are
This website is operated by LOAD & DASH FREIGHTS INC, a motor carrier based in RICHMOND, TX 77469. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean LOAD & DASH FREIGHTS INC. You can reach us at david@loaddashfreightsinc.com.
What this website collects
This website does not require an account and does not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It does not set cookies of its own.
The quote, contact and driver application forms do not send information to a server. When you submit one, your device opens your own email program with the message filled in. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send that email.
Information you send us
When you email us or send a form, we receive what you include, such as your name, contact details, shipment details, or, for drivers, license and employment information.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide freight quotes and service
- To evaluate driver applications and meet federal driver qualification requirements
- To keep records required by law, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- To communicate with you about your shipment or application
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to provide service or as the law requires, for example with background screening providers for driver applicants, with our insurer, or with government agencies when legally required.
Third-party content
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a map from Google Maps. Those services may receive your IP address when the page loads, under their own privacy policies.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent, or as long as federal or state record-keeping rules require.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it where the law allows, by emailing david@loaddashfreightsinc.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page. Last updated 2026-10-01.
